Join us as we get fit and have fun Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the third annual Bat-Stravaganza Fun Run and Family Festival.  Event activities will be held at the Scott & White Healthcare – Round Rock facilities located at 300 University Blvd. in Round Rock.  Run proceeds will benefit Hope Alliance, an organization dedicated to empowering victims of family violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes through support and advocacy. 

 

Bat-Stravaganza is a non-competitive, family fun run and walk for all ages and athletic abilities.  The Kids 1K starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K Fun Run starts at 9 a.m.  Chip timing will be available for interested runners.  To register, visit: batrun.sw.org.  

 

In addition to the run, we’ll have tons of activities and events, including a concert by the Biscuit Brothers, a climbing rock wall, caricatures, moonwalks, face painting and much more!  We have a surprise new guest this year – BEVO! The official mascot of the Texas Longhorns will be stopping by this year’s festivities for pictures with fans.
