The 23rd Annual ConocoPhillips Rodeo Run, which includes a 10K race and 5K fun run/walk, will take place on Saturday, February 27, 2010.  The even, now in its 23rd year, raises scholarships for Texas youth and will once again lead the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) Parade past thousands of cheering spectators in downtown Houston.
