The Vista Ridge Cross Country Team would like to invite you to participate in the Run at the Ridge 4K XC Race held at Vista Ridge High School on September 5^th 2009. Come and watch some of the finest High School competition in the state compete and test your running ability on the same course at. It is only $10 and awards will be given to top 10 participants.

Run at the Ridge XC Invitational Schedule of Events

Race Schedule: 7:00am: Registration

8:00am: Open Race (4k)

8:30am: Varsity Elite Boys (4k)

9:00am: Varsity Girls (4k)

9:30am: Junior Varsity Boys (4K)

10:00am: Junior Varsity Girls (2mi)

10:30am: Freshman Boys (2 mi)

(Open to all non-high school runners) must sign wavier plus ($10 Entry Fee)*

REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY. BRING $10.00 AND SIGN WAIVER
