Time: Meet at 8.30pm RUN AT 9PM UNDER THE LIGHTS
Cost: $0
Boys Pace two miles @78 seconds per lap=10.26 at 3200m. Then you can cut loose or hang on for dear life.
Girls Pace: two miles @1.43/lap =12.46 minutes for 3200m.
Next week on the 19th at same time we will host a 1600m
