Need help with your open water swim technique? Let three-time gold medalist Sandy Nielsen Bell and her husband, sports psychologist and coach Keith Bell help you!
Come out to Pure Austin's Quarry Lake location at 11:00AM on Sunday August 9 to participate in a small group coached session where Sandy and Keith will work individually with athletes to help them perfect their swim technique. The clinic lasts 45 minutes and costs $40 (this also includes the swim event that follows!)

At 12:00PM, we will begin wave starts for distances of 250m, 460m, 750m, 1500m and 2250m. The swim-only price is $25.
