Austin T3 specializes in year-round, group triathlon training for adults looking to stay fit or excel in the sport of triathlon. With more than 20 coached practices each week (swim/bike/run/core), T3 offers the most flexible training schedule in town. All T3 Training Programs maintain a heavy emphasis on technique and efficiency and are managed to include all levels of athletes - to teach the beginner, motivate the intermediate and challenge the advanced athletes within the same practice.
T3 workouts are designed to enhance your training by incorporating strength, endurance, power, agility and speed along with core exercises. Written training programs follow a structured "periodization" plan, taking athletes through the proper training cycles such as base, intensity and recovery. With over 10 years of experience coaching athletes of all levels, T3's USAT Certified Coaches have perfected the formula for helping athletes maximize their training efforts and making sure that athletes are rested and healthy for race day!
