CAMP VIE is a 4 week total body conditioning program that includes cutting edge fitness instruction, nutritional education, team motivation, and training by Health Care Professionals. In addition to helping you strengthen, tone, and increase your cardiovascular fitness. Camp Vie’s workouts also make you feel more powerful and confident.
Camp Vie is designed for people of all ages and any fitness level! Each session is jam packed full of fun and exciting exercises! Our coaches are both Doctors of Chiropractic with extensive knowledge in sports injuries both athletes themselves. Dr. Manger was an NCAA Division 1 collegiate Track and Field Athlete and prior coach for an AAU track team in New Orleans, while Dr. Hamburger is well trained in many sports such as tennis, soccer, and golf.
Our workouts will consist of a thorough mix of common “boot camp” drills, plyometrics, calisthenics, jump roping, Ab routines, obstacle courses, speed and agility drills, running of all sorts, partner drills and weight training! It’s the closest thing to one on one coaching in that we have an amazing coach to student ratio of 5:1!
Camp Vie participants will receive:
- A Required Initial Assessment, including a thorough physical examination with group placement.
- Weekly Nutritional Consults, along with an ongoing food diary.
- We will have a GROCERY TOUR midway through the program.

- Women –3 or 5 pound dumbbells and Men – 10 or 15 pound dumbbells.

When and Where?
Starts the first Monday of Every Month!! Next session starting September 2, 2008. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6am-7am (while it’s still cool) @ BRUSHY CREEK off of Parmer Lane near Avery Ranch.
What is Fee?
It’s a one time fee of $397.00! If a participant completes the entire 4 week program and meets their set goals then a $100 reward will be given!
$25 for every referral and $50 for returning campers. ONLY $10 to try out a class in August!
