Join Bucky and Bob every Tuesday at 5:30 as they get in shape to run the Keep Austin Weird 5K.
Workouts will take place at the RunTex at 2201 Lake Austin Boulevard beginning May 6. Over the next 8 weeks, participants will engage in basic walking or running conditioning activities which include an easy warm up, technique work, aerobic activity, core strength, cool down, and stretching. Each week will feature expert speakers. The goal of the program is to improve overall fitness, core strength, and aerobic conditioning.
Each workout session lasts for one hour. Parking for the program is located under Mopac Expressway. The cost of the program is free. To register, go to:
