The Rotary Club of Katy Sunrise will hold its fifth annual Katy Sunrise Rotary Run on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Katy’s premier lifestyle center, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. The event will take 5k runners as well as 1-mile walk, roll and stroll participants through this beautiful Cinco Ranch attraction. The 1-mile walk will begin promptly at 8:00 am and the 5K Run will follow at 8:30 am. This year, the 5K run will feature ChampionChip Timing and a USATF Certified 5km course for the running enthusiast. The event day will conclude with an awards ceremony for top finishers in the 5K Run.
All profits from the Run/Walk registrations and business sponsorships will benefit Family to Family Network, a non-profit organization formed in 1993 to help families of children with disabilities by providing information, education, referral and support.
