The Friends of 303rd Military Intelligence Battalion Longhorns is hosting a 5K Run and a 1 Mile Family Walk/Run on May 10, 2008 in order to benefit the Army Emergency Relief (AER) Campaign. All proceeds for this event will be going to support an organization that has provided emergency financial assistance to more than 3 million Soldiers and their families for the past 65 years when it has been needed the most. We invite you to West Fort Hood for some fun and a short run to help us sustain AER for another 65 years and 3 million more families.
Event is May 10, 2008 at 0900 and the cost of registration is $12 online or $10 in person. On-line registration ends 9 May, 2008 at 3 p.m. Race day registration is from 7:00 – 8:30 am. All profits from the race will go directly to AER.
There is no online registration for the 1 Mile Family Walk/Run. You can register in person for this event prior to race day or from 7:00 – 8:30 am on Race Day. There is no registration fee for the 1 Mile Family Walk/Run but we would appreciate a small donation of $2 to help support AER.
