Cross Training Yoga is an Ashtanga-based athletic flow where alignment is described in detail. Movement and pranayama help to develop strength, flexibility, and concentration. This is a wonderful class for all runners, cyclists and swimmers, and everyone participating in triathlons! It is held on Wednesday evenings from 7 - 8:30pm, and Thursday mornings from 7:30 - 8:45am.
