Session description: The RunSmart sessions are for anyone wanting to become a better runner and to prevent injury - regardless of skill, mileage, or running pace.
It is suggested that you take the sessions in order, though it is not a prerequisite. In session one, you will learn proper running mechanics and how to immediately implement strategies to improve your running form. In session two, you will learn how to develop and refine these skills by way of strength training, plyometrics, drills, and interval training. In session three, you will review the aspects of training recovery that affect optimal training adaptation, and discuss examples of how to build all of the RunSmart components into a functional training program.

Online or phone pre-registration is REQUIRED. Registration closes at 10:00 pm on the day prior to the session.
