1-mile (from Volente Beach around Starnes Island and back) and 400m open water swims for adults 18 and older and youth 12-17. 200m swim for youth 8-11. After the races, swimmers, coaches and their families are invited to stay and play all day at Volente Beach Waterpark (http://www.volentebeach.com/)for free.
