Galloway Austin Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon Training Program

       Hey Austin,  Ready to Rock 'n' Roll?

  Kickoff for both Saturday and Sunday Training is Sunday July 18.   We will meet at Runtex on Lake Austin Blvd. at 7 am.  Pick the day on the weekend that works best for you for our group runs.

  Come join us as we train for the San Antonio Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon November 14. Jeff Galloway's Programs are now in 70 cities in the U.S. and other countries and have helped over 250,000 runners train for their events while remaining injury free.Our run/walk training helps you increase your distance and to be able to recover quicker from the workouts plus avoid injuries. You can train and still have a life! It's a great feeling after the workout to be able to function and not have to hit the couch and call it a day!

  San Antonio is a Rock Concert with 70 bands and all you do is run/walk the 13.1 miles from band to band. It's not just a race but an adventure. You don't have to be a Rock Star to run this race "you'll just feel like one"!  Our Group Leaders are some of the best in Austin and make your running journey a fun one. Sometimes it's not the race itself but what we learn about ourselves during our training journey and after the race!

  Come run/walk with us and cross the Finish Line at the Alamodome and receive one very cool Finishers Medal!.

  We will meet one day a week on Saturday or Sunday mornings your choice of day for our group runs. You will receive a weekly workout schedule and run two days a week on your own. This year we will offer a Saturday and Sunday Half Marathon Program so more folks can take advantage of this exciting and fun event.

  You don't have to do this alone just bring a friend or two and you have a 98% chance you'll still be friends after the program.

  Our first run will be 3 miles run/walk starting on July 18. Register now and have your training books and shirt first meeting. We also have a discount towards the registration fee for the race when you join our program.
