The program is designed to help young athletes learn and enjoy running. The main focus will be running form, strenght, speed and flexibility.
Class will meet at runtex riverside every wednesday at 5.30pm and 8:00am on saturday for hills and long run. we will alternate speed, hills and long run.
Type of speed workout :4-10x200m, 3-12x300m,6-10x400m,6-10x150 m plus 600m,400m,200m. We will also introduce long intervals for distance runners.
Cost :100 dollars for first time and 80 dollars for returning gazelles
