Due to popular demand, Gilbert and his coaching staff have added another Gazelle Training Session. Come join the other 8.30 am friendly runners for an initial 4 week program which focuses on form, biomechanics, strength and endurance. This training program focuses on the biomechanics, strength & endurance which form the basis for the Gazelles training progam philosophies.
Gilbert Tuhabonye is an Olympian and NCAA All-American, who believes that by transforming an athlete's biomechanics, running becomes a joy and the likelihood of injury is significantly limited.
