Jeff Galloway Half Marathon Training Program for the National Breast Cancer Half Marathon in Jacksonville Florida or Austin Half Marathon in Austin, Texas Kickoff is Nov. 6,-7, 2010 with a 3 mile run/walk. Next group runs are set for Nov. 20 and 21 of 4 miles from Lake Austin Runtex Training Center right off of Mo Pac Blvd.
Come join us as we train to end breast cancer forever and run The National Breast Cancer Half Marathon in Jacksonville Florida Feb. 21, 2010 or our own Austin Half Marathon Feb. 14.
Jacksonville is a flat beautiful route along and on a small part of the beach. The crowd support is unbelievable with the whole town turning "pink" for the weekend and this is one great feel good race to do. Austin Half Marathon offers a great race show casing our beautiful city. Many of our runners also run the 3M Half while training for the Feb. Half Marathons.
This is a 15 week training program to prepare you for the National Breast Cancer or Austin Half Marathon.
We will train Jeff Galloway's run/walk method with a walk break every run segment. Walk breaks allow you to run longer, feel better after the workout and most important remain injury free while training.
This will be a Saturday and Sunday Training Program with your choice of day to meet for our group runs. We will meet on Saturday or Sunday mornings for group runs and you will run two additional days on your own. You will also receive a weekly workout including the best training tips available.

You don't have to do this alone just bring a friend or two and you have a 98% chance you'll still be friends after the program. You can bring friends for a "free" test run to see if we are for them.
