Boot Camp Class in January
Richard Mendez and Gilbert are offering a boot camp for runners and runners-to-be beginning Monday, January 4th. The four-week program includes classes Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm and Friday 5:30-6:30am .The class will work on your core, balance and strength while improving your running by developing the muscles overused during run training. Other benefits include weight loss and injury prevention, plus discounts at RunTex.
Class is limited to first 20 people.

M/W 5:30-6.30 pm, F 5:30-6:30am
$65 for month
