The Puma Complete Concinnity is lightweight running shoe for neutral to mild-pronating runners. Its innovative upper and midsole design offers great support without being bulky.

The first thing you will notice looking at the Puma Concinnity is a unique asymmetrical lace design. This is a simple lightweight shoe that improves on the fit of many comparable shoes by reshaping the upper to spread pressure throughout the top of the foot. Arch support comes in the form of Puma’s ArchTec technology—a midfoot shank under the arch ties together heel and forefoot flexion. In addition, the upper features lightweight breathable air-mesh and a TriRate wicking sockliner to keep your foot cool while you run.

The midsole has been constructed in one piece for the smoothest possible ride that runners look for specifically in a lightweight shoe. This is also achieved with a rounded heel that and a smoothly flexing forefoot. To ensure stability, however, the Concinnity has a stiff midsole that will allow the runner to feel the trail or road beneath their feet. Cushioning comes from Puma’s idCELL technology in the heel and forefoot, and the Concinnity is medially posted with Puma’s M2D dual-density material.

The men’s and women’s Complete Concinnity look similar, but the women’s is built on a slightly narrower last to provide the best forefoot support in each model. The men’s Concinnity features the classic Puma look in gold and white, as well as red and gold. The women’s Concinnity is available in blue and grey as well as rose and white. The men’s and women’s models weigh in at 9.9 oz and 9.0 oz, respectively.
