What: Group runs warm-up drills and a variety of hill workouts on the hills in the neighborhood near the track.

The main group jogs to and from O. Henry Middle School; some of the group goes directly to the track.
The workout consists of four phases:
warm-up/cool down (the jog to/from RunTex), drills, hill work, and backwards run. Water is provided at the start point of the hill segment. The group varies in size from 8 to 20 people.
The workout takes about 1 hour 15 minutes if you start and finish at RunTex, about 55 minutes if you start and finish at the track.
