Where: Meet at RunTex-Lake Austin, run at O. Henry Middle School
What: Group runs warm-up drills and a variety of speed workouts (2-3 miles) on the
track.

The main group jogs to and from O. Henry Middle School (about 1 mile); some of the group
goes directly to the track. The workout consists of four phases:
warm-up/cool down (the jog to/from RunTex), drills, speed work, and
backwards run. Water is provided at the track. The group varies in size
from 15 to 30 people.
The workout takes about 1 hour 15 minutes if you start and finish at RunTex, about
55 minutes if you start and finish at the track.
