The Free RunTex Monday Night Track workouts meet year round and welcome all levels of walkers and runners. Coach Donnie O'Neal has been with this group since 2002. Currently the group is meeting at McNeil High School in Round Rock on Monday Nights at 5:45 pm on the Track. The group welcomes all ages and ability levels. Cold water is provided and participants should wear weather appropriate clothing for either walking or running.
