The group meets every Tuesday at 5:30 pm in the parking lot of the RunTex Lake Austin store, and leaves no later than 5:45 pm. The group alternates between speed workouts and hill workouts each week. The track, trail or road workouts emphasize form and speed; the hill workouts focus on building leg strength. The total distance covered each Tuesday is 4-6 miles depending on the workout. The workouts are designed for anyone who can run at least one mile without stopping, regardless of experience.
