The group meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm in the parking lot of the RunTex Lake Austin store, and leaves no later than 5:45 pm. Tuesday runs are usually track, trail or road workouts that emphasize form and speed. Thursday runs are hill workouts. The total distance covered each workout is 4-6 miles depending on the workout. The workouts are designed for anyone who can run at least one mile without stopping, regardless of experience.
