"One Mile Runner" in Master's Heat at The Puma Congress Avenue Mile

David O'Meara, www.OneMileRunner.com, has entered the Masters Heat at The Congress Avenue Mile at 8:45am this Saturday, May 17th. The Congress Avenue Mile will be the second event in our twenty week journey as we begin the first leg of our summer event entitled 20/20/20<5@45 in Tarpon Springs, FL on Saturday May 10th. David has always wanted to run the Mile in Austin - he looks forward to racing in Texas and to meeting many of the runners at the event.
