Runner Based Pilates Mat Classes will now be offered at RunTex Riverside on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 12noon-1pm: Beginning May 1st. This class opens up those running muscles and joints ~ like a self massage ~ and strengthens the core muscles improving your running & decreasing injury (please bring your own mat)
The course will be $80/month or $12 per session on a drop in basis, but you can try it out for free on Saturday, April 26th @ 12noon or Saturday or Saturday May 3rd @ 9am (bring your own mat)
