RunTex Returns Policy
RunTex is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Loss or damage must be noted on the carrier’s receipt and reported to the carrier.
Please report any packing errors, shortages, or overages in unopened cartons to RunTex Customer Service immediately.
RunTex must approve general returns. Please contact RunTex Customer Service to request a return authorization or access your RunTex online account to obtain a return authorization for online purchases.
All returns are shipped at customer’s expense unless approved for exchanges or other approved requests.
Shipping Information
Shipping and processing charges are determined by the following:
- Size
- Weight
- Destination
- Speed of delivery
Our customers can choose faster forms of delivery (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day) depending on their preference. Most orders will ship UPS Ground unless specified or requested otherwise. Orders processed and shipped using UPS Ground will arrive with 5-7 business days.
For international orders or orders outside the continental United States, additional shipping charges may apply.
For defective product returns, please contact RunTex Customer Service to verify the defect and to obtain authorization. Any return without authorization will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
